By accessing and/or using the DEGUISA portal you acquire the status of a USER and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use set out here as from the time of said access and/or use. The said terms and conditions apply independently of any binding General Terms and Conditions of Contracting.

Use of the Portal

WWW.DEGUISA.COM provides you as a User with access to a great many items of online information, services, programs and data (hereinafter called the "Content") owned by DEGUISA or its licence holders. You, the User, are liable for your use of the portal. That liability includes registering when necessary to access certain services or content.

In such registrations you, the User, are responsible for providing true, lawful information. DEGUISA S.L.U. reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that failed to respect the dignity of individuals or are deemed discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, offensive to children or young people, contrary to public order or security or otherwise unsuitable for publication. In any event, DEGUISA may not be held liable for opinions expressed by Users and forums, in chats or via other tools for participation.

Data Protection

DEGUISA complies with the directives of Framework Act 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Assurance of Digital Rights and all other regulations in force, and seeks to assure the proper use and processing of the personal data of Users. DEGUISA, on its own account or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website. All elements contained in same (including but not limited to images, sounds, audio, video, software and text; brands and logos; combinations of colours, structures and designs, selections of materials used, computer programs needed for operation, access and use, etc.) are owned by or licensed to DEGUISA.

Pursuant to Article 8 and article 32.1, paragraph 2, of the Intellectual Property Act, the reproduction, distribution and public broadcasting of all or any part of the content of this website, including the way in which it is delivered, for commercial purposes on any support and by any technical means is strictly prohibited unless authorised by DEGUISA. You, the User, undertake to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by DEGUISA. DEGUISA may in no case be held liable for damages of any kind caused by, for example, errors or omissions in content, the lack of availability of the portal or any spread of viruses, malware or harmful elements through the content in spite of its having taken all appropriate technological steps to avoid same.

DEGUISA will pursue any breach of these terms and conditions and any improper use of its portal through all civil and criminal actions available to it in law.

Legislation and Jurisdiction Applicable

The relationship between DEGUISA and you, the User, is governed by Spanish regulations and any dispute will be heard by the courts and tribunals of the town of AMURRIO.
